Kids Edu Hub sells a digital, downloadable bundle of printable worksheets ("the Product"). Because the Product is delivered instantly and electronically, our refund policy works a little differently from a physical product. This page explains when a refund is available, when it isn't, and how to request one.

Once a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method (UPI, card, or netbanking). Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take 5–10 business days for the amount to reflect in your account. We don't have control over how long banks take to process the credit on their end.
Most issues — a missing download email, a file that won't open, confusion about what's included — can be sorted out quickly without a refund. If something isn't working as expected, just message us and we'll help you get the most out of your bundle.
