Refund Policy

We want you and your child to be happy with the Kids Edu Hub worksheet bundle. Here's exactly how refunds work for our digital product.

1 Overview

Kids Edu Hub sells a digital, downloadable bundle of printable worksheets ("the Product"). Because the Product is delivered instantly and electronically, our refund policy works a little differently from a physical product. This page explains when a refund is available, when it isn't, and how to request one.

2 Eligibility for a refund

You can request a full refund within 7 days of your purchase if any of the following apply:

  • You were charged but never received your download link or access to the files.
  • The files you received are corrupted, incomplete, or do not open correctly, and our team is unable to resolve this for you.
  • You were charged more than once for the same order (duplicate payment).
  • The Product delivered is materially different from what was described on our website at the time of purchase.
💡 If you're facing a technical issue, please reach out first — most download or file problems can be fixed in minutes without needing a refund at all.

3 When refunds are not available

Since this is an instantly-delivered digital product, refunds cannot be offered in the following situations:

  • You changed your mind after downloading the worksheets.
  • You purchased by mistake but have already accessed or downloaded the files.
  • You did not read the product description, age range, or sample previews before buying.
  • You found similar or free material elsewhere after purchase.
  • The request is made more than 7 days after the date of purchase.

4 How to request a refund

To request a refund, simply email us with your order details. Please include:

  • The email address or phone number used at checkout
  • Your order ID or payment reference number (from your payment confirmation)
  • A short description of the issue

We'll review your request and respond within 2 business days.

5 Refund processing time

Once a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method (UPI, card, or netbanking). Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take 5–10 business days for the amount to reflect in your account. We don't have control over how long banks take to process the credit on their end.

6 Need help instead of a refund?

Most issues — a missing download email, a file that won't open, confusion about what's included — can be sorted out quickly without a refund. If something isn't working as expected, just message us and we'll help you get the most out of your bundle.
