The Product is a digital, downloadable bundle of printable worksheets covering English, Math, Science, Art & Crafts, and Puzzles, intended for children aged approximately 2–10 years (Preschool to Class 5). The Product is supplied as PDF files for personal printing and use, and no physical item is shipped to you.

Quantities such as the total number of worksheets, subjects, or grade levels are provided as a general description of the bundle's contents and may be refined or expanded over time as we update the Product.

3 License to Use

Upon successful payment, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

• Download the Product to your personal devices;
• Print the worksheets for use by your own children, students, or tutees, in unlimited quantities, for as long as you wish;
• Use the Product for personal, classroom, tutoring, or homeschooling purposes.

You may not resell, redistribute, share, sublicense, upload to file-sharing platforms, or otherwise make the Product (in whole or in part) available to third parties who have not purchased it themselves. All worksheets remain the intellectual property of Kids Edu Hub and/or its licensors.

4 Intellectual Property

All content in the Product and on this website, including worksheet designs, illustrations, layouts, and text, is owned by or licensed to Kids Edu Hub and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. Purchasing the Product does not transfer any ownership or intellectual property rights to you — only the limited usage license described in Section 3.

5 Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change pricing, discounts, or promotional offers at any time without prior notice; such changes will not affect orders already completed. Payments are processed through third-party payment gateways, and by making a purchase you also agree to the terms of those payment processors.

6 Delivery of the Product

As this is a digital product, delivery is instant upon successful payment confirmation, typically via a download link or access page. If you do not receive access within a reasonable time, please contact us using the details in Section 11 and we will resolve the issue promptly.

7 Refunds and Cancellations

Because the Product is a digital download that is delivered instantly and can be accessed immediately after purchase, we generally do not offer refunds or cancellations once access has been granted, except where required by applicable consumer protection law or in cases such as:

• Duplicate or accidental payment for the same order;
• A technical issue on our end that prevents you from accessing the Product, which we are unable to resolve within a reasonable time.

If you believe you are entitled to a refund under one of these circumstances, please contact us within 7 days of purchase with your order details.
